Booking, reminding, and getting the car back

A shop lives on booked bay hours and returning customers. Both are automation problems, and both are usually handled by memory and a paper diary.

Module 8 of the Castells Media academy for contractors: Automation.

Booking at eleven at night

The reminder that protects the bay

Quotes for expensive work, followed up

The maintenance return, which the trade is built for

The review, at handover

What we use, and the disclosure

The returns you are entitled to ask for. Put your own numbers in. Unlike almost every other line in this course, this one requires no marketing at all: the customers already chose you and the visit is already part of what they bought.

Do this next: Pull every coating job from last year and set a reminder for each one twelve months from its service date. That single afternoon is worth more than a month of advertising.
